Action Agendas was purchased by School Datebooks’ parent company, SDI Innovations in early 2019. Since the integration, we’ve streamlined our Action Agendas offerings to four quick-turn datebooks, and also expanded our selections to offer all of School Datebooks’ standard and custom lines. Now we can help you get exactly what you want with the same great service and expectations.

How do I place my order?
If you’re happy with the quote you have, just sign it and email it back. If you have minor changes you’d like to make to your customized day planner quote, just email us. We’ll send you a revised order confirmation with all the changes to your student calendar included. If you need an updated quote, just let us know.
How do I upload my custom information and artwork?
After you submit your contract, we’ll set you up with an account on our internal upload and proofing website — The Zone™. From there, you’ll upload your artwork, view proofs, and submit your approval. If you have any questions along the way, your CSR will be available to help.
When do you need my custom information and artwork?
We highly recommend submitting your material seven weeks before the date you want your customized day planner delivered. We will deliver your agendas five weeks from your cover and/or text approval date which allows you to get the latest and most accurate information into your handbook. As your deadline approaches, we’ll send you reminders and tips to help you stay on track for your student agendas.
What is my custom material or art due date?
They are the same thing. The custom material due date is the day we need all of your custom information. We highly recommend submission seven weeks prior to the delivery of your customized day planner. We also need any custom material we’re adding to the interior of your order at that time (ex. a handbook or map).
What are Custom Materials?
Whatever YOU would like! It can be your cover design, logo art, handbook pages, supplements, and/or information pages needed to customize and produce your student planner.
What if I can’t turn my custom materials in on time?
Please stay in contact with us and send in your materials as quickly as you can. We cannot guarantee your delivery date, but we’ll work with you to get your custom day planner order back into our busy production calendar as soon as we can.
Will I get to see everything before it goes to press?
Yes, you’ll get to see an electronic preview of your handbook, student calendar, and/or logo via our internal proofing website, The Zone™, for your approval before it goes to press.
Can I change my order?
Yes, you can adjust your quantities and colors any time before your custom material due date. Some changes in pricing may apply.
What if I need more handbook pages?
When you order a customized day planner, we’ll print as many as you need. Just send in the number of pages you want and we will revise your student planner order accordingly. Remember each sheet of paper has two sides.
How long will it take to get my planners?
Our turnaround time for QuickTurn Action Line planners is an industry leading 5 weeks from proof approval (sometimes even faster!). We recommend submission 7 weeks prior to your delivery date.
What is your binding made out of?
Our binding for the Action Line is metal, heavy gauge (9/16”x.047”), wire-O twin loop. It is the strongest on the market and made specifically for this line of planners. If you’re looking for plastic binding, head on over to School Datebooks standard line planners.
Will you come visit my school?
Yes, we visit schools quite often and are happy to schedule an in-person visit when possible. Please reach out to us to request an in-person appointment. In some cases, schedules might not allow for an in-person visit, but we will be sure to provide the best sales and customer service that our customers have come to expect.
Are you easy to work with?
Absolutely! Even if this is your first time working on planners and don’t know where to start, we’re here to make it hassle free. All we need is a copy of your logo and whatever information you want to appear inside.
Do you guarantee your work?
We certainly do! We guarantee both the quality of our products and your complete satisfaction with them.
